The "SnowBoys", the special effects snow fall simulation machines, operating on special snow fluid again proved to be a big hit this season for commercials, television programmes, special openings, and all kinds of parties.
Recent (Unlimited) snow productions in 2001 ranged from large snowmen making competitions to the new "Warhart" film production (see photo)
The show you never outgrow      IAAPA 2001

The IAAPA (International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions) is the largest Organization in the global amusement industry with over 5,600 facility, supplier and individual members from more than 101 countries. Each year in November the IAAPA tradeshow, which is the largest show in this business, takes place. This year the show was in Orlando in the heart of America’s Theme park Industry. More than 1265 companies from 101 different countries, (81,5% were U.S. and 18,5% were International) showed their products.
Unlimited Snow participated this year as an exhibitor at the show with two Booths. In the Inside Booth Unlimited Snow proudly presented their newest Product “The Artic” with a great success. “The Arctic” is the natural continuation of the success of indoor go-kart and indoor snow domes.
The Arctic©® consists of two re-locatable instant structures shaped as giant igloos featuring several world premičres. One stretched igloo called Arctic Kart©® features a patented indoor snow circuit. The other round igloo called Igloo SnowPlay©® features a total snow leisure experience for children. Because they provide instant fun, the two separate or combined igloos are perfectly suited for theme parks, water parks, family entertainment centres, ski resorts and large urban areas. In “Arctic Kart” consumers of all ages can experience for the first time the fun and sensation of riding real snowmobiles on a permanent real indoor snow circuit. Snowmobiling is a very popular sport and leisure activity, but has so far been the exclusive privilege of mainly people in North America and Scandinavia. Visitors have the choice between a great variety of activities ranging from snowmobiling, cross country skiing, dog sledding, ice-climbing, ice carving, an arctic motion theatre, snowmobile simulators, snow related virtual reality games and edutainment involving Arctic and Aurora experiences. In “Igloo SnowPlay” kids find a complete snow fun park, including a tubing arena, bobsled runs for tubing, a tubing merry-go-round, snowball fights, snow digging and snowman building, treasure hunting and laser games in a snow cave, and leisure ice for skating, bumper cars and snowmobiling.
The second Booth was outside in the Magical Midway where Unlimited Snow in cooperation with Snowteam, Innotec and Doppelmayr succesfully presented the latest technology of snow-machines “The Mini Hot Snow”. The Hot Snow delighted the visitors with real snow at an outside temperature of 25 C. The Staff was wearing Eskimo clothes to underline the speciality of snow in a sunshine state like Florida. Kids and parents had fun building snowmen and throwing snowballs.

Potential costumers from all over the world including all major theme parks from the USA, Middle and South America, Africa, Middle East, South Asia, Australasia and Europe have visited both Booths. Many new contacts have been created for future outdoor events with real snow and permanent inside snow experiences. This introduction of snow to places where it is least expected will also increase the popularity of winter sport fun in general.

The show has been visit by around 28,586 attendees, searching for the latest and newest products in the industry. Many exhibitors mentioned that the show was slower than the last years due to the latest incidents 11th of September in the USA. Nevertheless, around eighty percent of the visitors consisted of members from senior management or major industry players so that the visitors who made the trip to Orlando have been all of great interest for the exhibitors and most have been satisfied with their achieved contacts.
